Agate is from Tibetan according to google images reserved search
I know they are rubies because they glow under UV light, Probably gold plated or gilded, there is a chance that it is pure 999 gold as this is an Asian piece of jewelry, but can’t guarantee so selling it as is. Another clue that it gave me is that the details are very fine meaning someone put a lot of time making it which makes me think it could be gold plated on silver or possibly pure gold.
Starting at $1 I’ll let the market decide on this one :)
