Description
A quite lovely 9 carat gold floral cluster ring set in a floral (daisy) cluster pattern with interspersed rows of opals and emeralds.
The ring is in really good condition, no noticeable chips to the gemstones. The opals are solid (not doublet / triplet) and have a nice play of reds, blues and greens. Emeralds have quite nice clarity and the green is a lovely deeper shade. No major scuffs across the girdles.
Really good quality ring that is hallmarked for 9 carat gold with London hallmarks, dated 1972, proper early 70s drawing on the popular motif of daisy clusters that we see extensively in the 60s.
