A rare and absolutely beautiful antique Georgian 15-18 carat gold memorial ring

This is not stamped for the gold which is often the case with these sorts of early rings. This has been tested and is between 15 and 18 carat gold

This beautiful ring is inscribed inside with W E Talbot, 14th Nov 1819 and the age at death 41

This is 205 years old and is in remarkable condition this clearly has been kept safely over the years

The centre of the ring has a crystal dome and under that dome is a lock of hair, there are 12 natural seed pearls and 4 natural deep pink tourmaline gemstones in this ring

Beautiful detail to this ring. The sides have very ornate detail and the band is also ridged. This wonderful piece of history has all been made from hand

The setting width to the top of the ring is 14 mm, the shoulders are 9 mm wide and graduate down

This is an exceptional Georgian collectors piece in remarkable condition. There is some wear to the crystal over the lock of hair as most of these rings have but overall in amazing condition

The ring size is M 1/2 we would not recommend resizing this ring due to the historical nature of this ring
