This is an absolutely beautiful Victorian Opal and old cut diamond ring

Fully English hallmarked for solid 18 carat gold, Birmingham and the date letter of 1874

The ring is very ornate and features 3 very vibrant natural opals with flashes of red, green, blue, yellow and purple in different lights they are full of life and colour ! These opals are solid and would of originated from Australia during the Victorian era. The centre opal is 6 x 4.5 mm and the 2 sides are each 6 x 4 mm

There are 4 x 2 mm very vibrant old cut diamonds in the setting to compliment the stunning opals

The setting to the top measures approx 18 x 7.5 mm

From the finger to the top of the centre opal is 5 mm high

The ring size is O, this can be resized if required by a very good jeweller

Weighs 4.1 grams

This ring is over 150 years old and the condition is amazing. The opals are amazing with no damage. We suspect this ring has been kept in a box for many many years as the condition of this ring is superb.
