Description
Hi there
Up for consideration is this very nice Finn Puukko, a smaller version in comparison to the others up for grabs that I have this week. Iisakki Järvenpää is the maker, the oldest of the group this week, this one comes from the WW2 era.
This knife is 7 & 3/4 inches long, the Blade is 3 & 1/2 inches long.
I think this Knife has had a careful clean, The Carbon Steel blade looks as it has had a "skim over" with the tiniest pits on a section of the blade, overall this knife is in great order. The Handle looks as though it has never had use, and it has a name engraved - actually rather nicely, the name is Isaac Keski.
The Sheath is original, made out of card board or pressed paper covered with varnish, these are called Pahvituppi. The Sheath looks as though it never has been worn at all and is immaculate.
I hope you have enjoyed viewing this old Knife and check out my other auctions for Great Quality Vintage Knives.
