A US Purple Heart. The medal is awarded in the name of the president to those wounded or killed while serving, on or after 5 April 1917, with the U.S. military. General Douglas MacArthur, arranged the design of the medal in 1931, and it was first awarded in 1932. It still current award. This medals genuine made after 1990
