The CAT holder was specifically designed to allow you to place a tourniquet on your vest or gear for rapid and easy access. Its fully MOLLE/PALS compatible and because of some extra attachment features it can be mounted both horizontally and vertically.
This pouch protects your tourniquet from the elements and has an easy-open elastic pull tab enabling it to accommodate both the older CAT's and the newer CAT Gen 7 tourniquet.
