Up for sale is a new in the package poncho. I got these from a collector in Belgium who got them at a military clearing sale. They are a think material but I would say would at least be shower proof. They have a hood on them and small buttons which clip together on the front.
This would be an ideal accessory for your military jeep or off-roaders.
