Description
A pair of British or New Zealand officer spurs from the First World War period. Each spur is marker BWB Solid Nickel, there are no other marking.
These are likely private purchase, and i believe that they were made in England.
In very good condition, with the leather straps still supple, not too dry. The buckles are still working, and the star shaped spurs spin freely and are unmodified.
Provenance: these were purchased at a New Zealand militaria fair, so there is a good likelyhood these served with an NZ officer.
