Minerals from the opal fields

A huge collection of minerals (nearly 340kg!) collected on the Australian opal fields some 30 years ago. Although no opals in this collection, the lady where I bought them from took all these rocks home to look through them, looking for opal. Too many to do though. Lots of jasper, quarts, fossils, small stones to tumble and a container full of minerals that have been cut at one side and need to be polished. As well some petrified wood and even tourmaline in quarts. Great collection for sawing and polishing and bringing a wonderful hobby to life.
