All products are made of Xiushan jade from China. They are all hand-polished. Each natural jade stone looks similar but each one is slightly different.

Because of the characteristics of jade, daily maintenance requires spraying water or oil (baby oil and olive oil are both acceptable). Water spraying is better if it is light-transmitting, and oil spraying is better if it is opaque. All products are in Auckland and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). We only use NZPOST. Its official website states that it will be shipped within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive it, please contact me as soon as possible or call NZPOST to communicate.

We check the quality of all products before they are sent out. However, if you receive any faulty products by accident, we can replace them, and refund upon return, if contact is made within three days of receiving your purchase
