Nelson jade/ antigorite/ diopside

Amazing mixed stone from the tasman region.

Featuring deep reds and oranges on the skin. Then reaching through incredibly dark greens and hints of grey blue as well.

This piece weights approximately 60lb and is incredibly hard.

The stones length is roughly 370mm at its longest point and 206mm wide.

It would make some great pieces for carvers.
