The Press is a daily broadsheet newspaper published in Christchurch, New Zealand, then by Francis Edward Buckland for the Press Co. First published in 1861, the newspaper is the largest circulating daily in the South Island and publishes Monday to Saturday.
Full of Kiwi nostalgia - these old newspapers take you back in time to the current affairs of the day and how life was in New Zealand. They include many old and amusing vintage adverts, and especially interesting is remembering how low-tech society was and how little things used to cost.
CONDITION Immaculate for age, complete, clean and intact with minor marks, some tears/fraying around page edges, bound at the left edge, paper has been kept flat. Images depict all need to know detail.
