A big 25cm tall standing tinned metal Easter bunny rabbit two-part metal chocolate mould with rear basket, made by the well known Eppelsheimer & Co. manufacturing company who were the largest and most well known metal mold manufacturer for chocolatiers in the U.S.A. Eppelsheimer was acquired by American Chocolate Mold Co. in 1947 and they continued to make metal chocolate and ice cream moulds.

Suitable for moulding chocolate, candy, wax figurines, chalk ware models, or as standout vintage kitchenalia / industrial décor. Dating to the 1920 / 1930 post Victorian era when the industry moved to nickel-clad steel (electroplated sheet), tougher than tin and didn’t require re-tinning.
