Rare ART DECO Xylonite Dressing Table Vanity Set

We offer today an interesting ART DECO dressing table set from the good old days – just for you ? For your collection, display or indeed why not for immediate use...

Please check the photos for details of this rare and so collectable set made in celluloid by Halex in England, a subsidiary of British Xylonite Co. Ltd.

We offer this three-part set in a used vintage condition, as shown. All items are marked "Made in England HALEX". The tray may have had a handle many moons ago and there are some colour variations due to its age. We also used to put a rubber band round the oval container.

The tray measures 26 cm x 19.5 cm, the oval box 17.5 cm x 8 cm and the round box measures 10 cm across. Both lidded containers are 5 cm high.
