Great Vintage Silver Plate serving/display dish for yr sweeties or …

We offer today another reminder of the good old days when silversmiths produced attractive and useful goodies for special occasions which lasted for generations - just like this one.

This beauty on offer here is a rare pre-war collector’s item, designed and produced by Wm. A. Rogers silversmiths, according to internet sources.

As shown, this is a great serving dish, not just for festive occasions, for the display/offer of sweeties, bonbons, dried fruit, nuts or similar in the three separate oval glass or crystal dishes.

We offer this rare set in a used vintage condition. The silver plate shows an interesting patina which I have left untouched and not surprisingly it has some usage marks. The glass bowls are all in a good condition.

The dish measures some 24 cm across, the glass bowls measures 12 cm x 8 cm.

And the good news is that this great reminder of the good old days can be yours soon, for your collection, display or why not indeed for immediate use.
