'AUCKLAND LONDONERS CLUB' Badge, 35x30mm, silvered w.red, white & blue enamel, brooch fitting in good order, maker's mark 'Young & Co' of Auckland, v.good condition, c.1920s. A v.scarce badge.
The Club was an Auckland social, sporting & charitable club for London expats, established in 1923. It seems to have been quite active & well supported, but was dissolved after eight years in 1931.
