Here's something you don't find everyday.

This rare and beautiful cloisonne enamel Chinese writing set probably dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. Decorated with dragons and exquisite detailing, all solid metalwork and enamel with wood in the blotter.

Condition is excellent, just the patina you want with nothing broken or damaged.

This large matching set contains: inkwell, blotter, 4 pages holders, tray, letter opener, nib pen with spare nib, lidded box with 3 compartments.

Note for scale that the blotter is approx 14cm long.
