Description
A green striated celluloid set from the early 1950's.It was with the 400 that Pelikan introduced both the famous pelican beak clip and the characteristic semi-transparent green-striped barrel, which, coupled with a black cap and base, created an original and distinctive combination, from that moment inextricably associated with the name of the German company. The original box has ink stains inside but the set itself is in excellent working condition. The medium 14 carat nib has some flex and is currently filled with Pelikan 4001 ink.
