ROYAL GALA 4 - Queen Elizabeth II – AYNSLEY Coronation Cup June 1953

we offer today a very collectable AYNSLEY bone china cup commemorating HM Queen Elizabeth's Coronation way back in June 1953, some 16 months after she had acceded to the throne.

Please check the photos for details, displaying a happy Queen indeed, surrounded by flags and drawings of Westminster Abbey and Windsor Castle. This attractive delicate cup is being offered in a good vintage condition, no chips, repairs or cracks, just a few tiny brown spots at the inside base. The cup still has a beautiful PING to it.

This collectable beauty is clearly marked with the old AYNSLEY stamp, as shown. It was produced in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, in Staffordshire, the very heartland of quality china production in England in the good old days.

Now retrieved from the back of the garage this beauty can be yours soon.
