William Hair Haseler footed enamelled copper bowl, factory marks to base. Enamelled Copper Fruit Bowl Made by William Hair Haseler, circa 1880’s. Extremely Rare Antique Copper enamelled dish Hallmarked on the base: REGD TRADE MARK W.H.H. LD 8/10: Also has what looks like: 7T/1 Has some pitting to the inside bottom, lost some of its sheen there also. Has had gold paint added on the underside, not sure why or how long it has been there. It was like this when I bought it many years ago. Has some enamel missing off the inside rim. Has been sitting in storage for a long time. Approx 21cm across top diameter. William Hair Haseler was a founding director of Liberty & Co. In 1870, Haseler founded the company, W. H. Haseler & Co. specialising in gold and silver work, and jewellery. Haseler pieces can be found in the collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, as well as many other museums throughout England. W.H. HASELER & co.
