Copper Still - Traditional Whiskey. 150 Litre.

This gas heated 150 L all copper still comes complete with an electric rummager to prevent any solids in the wort from burning. It also features an onion section that adds some reflux. This feature can also be utilised to act as a gin basket when making that spirit. The long condenser is extremely efficient. There are two locations for temperature probes, one in the boiler (immersed), and the other at the top of the tower. There is also a sight glass in the lower part of the tower so that any puking is seen before it affects the distillate. The glass is cracked, but not an issue as far as the still operation is concerned. This sale is for the still only, but a double ring gas burner is available by negotiation if required.
