A very old retro Lock Turn Key Tool ?? - as per photo. Selling as in general condition as per photo. (flash can make things brighter than in real life - although rust sometimes looks worse than it really is) A good retro set for restoration or do up, or simply for polishing up for display.

Have no idea what it specifically is - but someone might. It would require a do up / repair / restoration work, rub down to remove surface rust and paint etc, a good oiling etc etc s & whatever else it needs to make it a going or operative piece (so it is sold as is, sold as not going etc - although it does work in as much as you can probably use it as it is, if you knew what it is)

In reasonable condition for age - but obviously need a real good clean and remove surface rust. Will have marks and scrapes etc from years of use etc, but still look reasonably ok for what it is.
