I can't get it to turn. The air goes through it. I am thinking it may be rusted inside from the moisture in the air that has gone through it over the years. Where the airline has not had an Oiler or the Oiler was not refilled.
I haven't pulled it apart anymore than I have, as it looks like you'd need a Hydraulic Press or some Sleeves to put it back together, (which I don't have those tools).
Ideal for a collector of antique air tools.
