Heavy old hand held cutters that scream out quality because of their weight and just the way they move when cutting. Marked Made in Poland ARNOLDS. Have tried on paper which more than likely is not what they are designed for but they cut paper like a dream. Approximately 24 cm long. Work great. Please see all the pics.
