These hand-sliced stones are offered as seconds and were legally fossicked in the Nelson region of New Zealand. They feature a natural blend of blue to green pounamu (nephrite jade), argillite, diopside, and serpentinite — all formed through dynamic contact metamorphism. While not gem-grade, these pieces showcase unique colours, textures, and mineral layering, making them ideal for collectors, lapidary artists, or creative projects.

Please note that these stones may contain natural fractures and inclusions due to their geological formation and handling. However, there is still excellent material within the mix — offering rich opportunities for creative use, study, or extraction of high-quality sections for carving, jewellery, or display.
