A set of 13 early Addis carving chisels in their original box, together with a carver's sharpening stone. (Originally 12. An extra one has been included) They all been water stone sharpened with the final honing up to the buyer. There is no pitting to the blades and all the handles have been cleaned and shellaced. All ferrules are present with no splits. They are a mixture of veiner's, gouges and flats. (See photos) They are in the original case but the lid is missing sorry. I have included in the auction a special carvers carborundum stone which is new. It is manufactured by "Proxxon" of Germany. A rare collection that has seen very little use since they were purchased.
