Description
Lino cut and wood block printing press. Plate size 420mm x 310mm A3 size. (Includes A4 size felt). Weight 13Kg Overall dimensions 440mm x 425mm x 270mm high. Printmaking, letter printing, Art and craft.
All steel levers and MDF plates. Perfect for student projects up to A3 size print size. The pushing pressure is done by putting pressure on the lever arm mechanism.
Made in NZ.
A4 size units available at $295 + freight. If required please ask me to put up a trademe listing for A4 size unit.
NOTE: Additional cheap felts are available from Lincraft and Spotlight at about $7 ea. They are 3mm thick a A3 size. Layer 1 or 2 of these on top of your print paper to give a very good result.
This press is probably not suitable for 'acid etched' plates or fine definition plates. Etched plates with a very fine definition require a roller press which can apply a large amount of pressure at the point of the rollers.
