An original signed 1962 watercolour still life of shells and net by J.V. Crozier(1888-1975). The artist has signed and dated in the bottom right corner. There is a tiny insect remnant to the left of the painting - see photo.

Jeanie Valeria Crozier(nee McKenzie) was from Masterton, Wairarapa and this is the only example of a painting by her that I've come across.

The visible watercolour measures 39cm by 27cm(the frame 53cm by 42cm), it's protected behind glass, in generally good condition, though slightly loose within frame and able to be hung.
