Original piece of artwork by cartoonist and satirist Jim Hubbard. It features then Prime Minister Jim Bolger playing with a Newton's Cradle. This was created and published in the mid 1990s (to the best of my recollection).

The piece is framed and matted and you can see where the artist has amended his work, clearly marking it as his original art.

This was a gift from my late dad when I worked on the 9th floor. As it does not spark joy in me, I've had it in my garage for several decades, facing against the wall. It needs to go to someone who appreciates it.
