Offered for sale is this original art work in oils by K A Moody. This 'landscape' painting depicts two classic yachts in a race towards Rangitoto Island on a blustery day. The canvas is overlaid around the frame so it appears 'frameless'. The frame has been constructed so that when hanging on a wall the face of the painting is tilted slightly downwards, reducing light distortions.

Measurements: Height: 41 cms Width: 51 cms Depth at top (see note above): 6 cms Depth at bottom (ditto): 2 cms.

There are some small defects around the edges where the piece has been stored (see photos) but these in no way detract from the appeal and drama of the painting. At the purchaser's discretion, I can get these slight blemishes touched up by a professional artist friend, if so desired.
