Description
An Antique/Vintage Handcrafted Figural Artefact.
A very interesting and intriguing object that I can appreciate, but know little about as to origin, material and purpose. For example, the material feels and sounds like metal but could also be a painted terracotta pottery. As to origin, my guess looking at the elongated heads is African and their thin hollow bodies are similar to Ashanti(Ghana) crafted figures. Perhaps most intriguing is why there's a 'moneybox' slot at the back with no means of extricating and four holes at the front. I'd appreciate hearing from anybody who can help provide some answers.
This object stands 30cm tall and is in generally good condition.
