An original painting copy that is signed DRC - Dorothy Chapman entitled 'All Hands To The Pumps'. This is an original artwork copy of a well known masterpiece. I think the art work is well done. Unsure if it is an acrylic or an oil, so have gone with it being an acrylic (but, could be wrong, so is sold as is, whatever it is, and do not buy or bid if medium used is important to you) It is dated 1/89 (ie 1989) It is done on canvas board. Not an expert, but I think the artwork looks good. Has minor little marks, scrapes, wear etc but to me, basically fine or good enough. The card surround is quite marked & worn. Retro frame, has marks, scrapes, wear & tear etc, needs a clean etc but seems solid enough. There are many photos to give a good indication of condition, so have a look at all the photos to help you make up your own mind regards its condition, use or interest to you. The frame measures approx 540mm x 440mm odd. What you can actually see of the artwork itself is approx 400mm x 300mm odd. A good collectable piece for the right person or place. We allow pickups, but if you can not pickup or do not want to, we can send for you on your behalf, at your risk, as NZ Post does not cover original artworks.
