Looking to start your own side business or to take on a business full time?

I have created the foundation for anyone wanting to start a business but doesn't know where to start or how to create a website etc.

I have built this baby giftbox business for the purpose of being sold which means the buyer will have everything transferred over to them as an asset. There will be no confusing company transfers.

The new owner will have the flexibility to choose to keep the business as a sole trader or register as a company.

Using this method of an asset transfer also means the new owner will have the flexibility to change the business name, gift box inclusions e.g branch out to include snack gifts, wine gifts, chocolate gifts etc and any other changes they want to make.

The foundation of this business will come with the following:

• social media pages with an existing following

• products which consist of one of each of the giftboxes listed online
• training guide and checklists
• links to products for re purchase
• Professional photography and ongoing support for your new giftboxes
• an offer to modify existing logos / brand name (at an additional fee as this change takes time and thought around the new owners vision) *training provided by me to help the new owner transition in to their new start up.
