Excellent, like-new condition, with three small scratches shown in the photos (easily fixable with white wood filler). The mattress and mattress protector are spotless, as we had zero incidents with them.

It’s currently $649 on sale at Farmers (full retail $999). The mattress is sold separately at Farmers (valued at ~$200), but I’m including it here, along with a perfect mattress protector (valued at $30–50).
