Yes, there are a few “cons” from reviews – but we’ve got fixes:

Tray cover doesn’t attach firmly ? add Velcro strips to hold tight.

Food in grooves = trouble cleaning ? Use a nail-brush/toothbrush + warm soapy water to keep it spotless.
