This pram was bought from Oxley Prams,594 Colombo street, Christchurch in August 1986. Unfortunately, we no longer hold the receipt and the business closed permanently many years ago. Silvercross prams have been used extensively by the Royal Family including the late Queen for her children. Colloquially known as the Royal Prams in the UK where they have been made since 1877 when William Wilson created the world’s first modern pram with the innovation of the bouncing spring system. My family paid over $1000. back in 1986 and for its age it is in very good condition with no rust on the chassis however the inside of the pram could perhaps do with a professional clean. As can be seen the four wheels are just cover 310mm in diameter. Pram comes with the bedding as per photos.
