Walt Disney's COMICS AND STORIES number 62, (Vol. 6 No. 2), published in 1945.

The comic has some cover/edge wear along with a crease near the top which goes through most of the 52 pages (I think the crease was done during the original printing). Overall, a pretty nice comic that I would put in the very good/fine range.
