This is a textbook from my Social Work studies and is a useful resource to start to understand the legal system in New Zealand and how it can affect the people we work with. It is written in plain language to make it accessible to those of us who are not accustomed to legal jargon.

As this was a text I used in my studies there are some parts with highlighted passages. It does not detract from the readability of the book, but is priced accordingly.
