As the title says this is a book about the Social Security System in New Zealand. Questions like who should be entitled to support, how to assess need and many other questions relating to the provision of social supports and the changes across the time period.

As this was a text I used in my studies there are some parts with highlighted passages. It does not detract from the readability of the book, but is priced accordingly.
