AVAILLL is an internationally recognised research-validated reading enhancement programme that uses popular films plus documentaries to successfully teach reading skills to students in Years 5-10. The feature films are based upon books, Part One: Year 7/8, Bridge to Terabithia, Charlottes Web, Holes,March of the Penguins, Hook Part One Supplement: Hugo. Inkheart, Planet Earth, Race to Witch Mountain, Soul Surfer, TinTin Part Two and Part Two Supplement: Year: 7/8 Part Three: Year 9 Part Four Year: 10 Part Five and Part Five Supplement: Year 5/6 The programme successfully reaches a wide range of students with various reading levels due to the powerful visual and audio support experienced by students as they read and watch movies during the program. Students then learn to use their own imagery and apply these skills to various types of text. The programme can be easily implemented by classroom teachers.

Each manual includes 30+ activities that relate to feature films that are based on books.

The films are purchased separately through sites such as Trade Me. One copy of each book the film is based on is also required. You Tube videos demonstrate teaching lessons.
