GaraPlan™ is a plan system designed by a Kiwi, simply to enable you to have a project quantified for a building from your local timber merchant. The plans are drawn in a format where there are multiple floor lay-outs, all contained inside the one set, that you can purchase. We select one plan in a larger scale at the front of the set as an example, however, your timber merchant will need to know which specific plan you will want to work with.

These buildings are designed with a 40 degree gable roof, timber bevel-back weather-boards on a cavity batten system with double glazed aluminium joinery.

The plans contain all construction details to build including foundation & roof framing details, architectural details, weather-tightness detailing for double glazed windows.

These plans are to enable a timber merchant to quantify for you. We can help you for a fee (POA) to get a building consent if you would like to continue to actually build on your project site anywhere in New Zealand. Just let us know.

What you will receive:

1. Full set of quantifiable plans with all floor lay-outs contained within.
2. All drawings are FULLY DIMENSIONED.
3. A brochure outlining the other modules we offer.
4. Plans will be delivered in A3 size format to the email address you provide.
5. The plans are copy-written and for your exclusive use only.
