Really good quality 690gsm Ripstop PVC. Takes two people to lift. We used it for a house extension and saved thousands not needing to get the house wrapped. Has small hole (20 cent coin size) near one edge, but this will be easily repaired. Prefer pickup, but will ship at buyer’s cost. Can add more photos if asked.
