Operation and installation guide is included.
We purchased the heater new 6.5 years ago and due to major renovation removed it a year ago. In good condition. On the frame of the door are some brown marks coming through the black. Seal is in good order as are the firestones. A crack in the backwall stones has appeared (wear and tear)
