In excellent condition, just over 2 years old.
The Rinnai came with the house we bought last year and we have now replaced this with an electric heat pump.
I have the invoice for the new unit installed in August 2023.
It comes with NC6 Networker controller and also the box ducts shown in the photo, which typically sit below the unit.

Hi, thanks for relisting, I have a number of questions, warranty, measurements, pickup address, etc. I got conroys to give me a quote, it was over $670, also gas fitters don’t like installing 2nd hand items unless it’s under warranty or you have invoice, they have to provide certificate after installation. If you give me the street name without the number I should be able to get a proper quote. I have taken dimensions from the website, they stack on top of each other, right?
