We overlaid this insulation on a lounge exterior wall. The room was wonderfully warm this winter. Previously it was only Gib board, sarking and exterior weatherboards. Kooltherm insulated plasterboard has been a good solution. Ideal for home renovation.
Five sheets available. Available for pick up in Otaki or Wellington City.
They were bought from Australia in February 2025 and cost $NZ500 per sheet. They used to be made in New Zealand.
Sheet size 2400mm x 1200mm x 90mm.
3-in-1 Insulation, Dry lining and Vapour control. R value of 4.1. Effective for adhesive bonding to walls. Easy to work with.
Code Mark certified for NZBC Compliance.
One board has damage to one edge about the size of an A4 page and a corner crack.
