LUCCI Ceiling fan with LED light. We removed these from a recent renovation, we have 3 of them, two black and one white if you want to check our other listings.

These can be installed by replacing an existing ceiling light, so there is no need to do any rewiring inside walls or ceiling. Just leave the light switch on all the time and control the fan and the light separately using the remote.

They are too awkward to ship so will need to be picked up. I am happy to drop them off at a Pack & Send place if the buyer wants to arrange it.

They are used so have the odd speck of paint on them, but nothing significant.
