This complete kitchen is from a modern 22 year old house, it is 2nd hand, some of the appliances are offered but don't work or marginally they are : the 2 x fisher and Paykel dish drawers. One works ok, but has a fault that needs to be attended to, the 2nd one has been non functioning from the previous owner. The fisher and Paykel dual ovens both work well. the Fisher and Paykel gas hobs work ok, but could with new top cast iron inserts. we are using the hobs at the moment. The extractor fan is working and goes with the kitchen. The SS basin is complete with dual basins, tap and a incinerator, (working) Cupboards have seen better days but for a batch etc would fit the bill. Or the cupboards can be used for great storage in a garage or out buildings if you don't want it to be used as a Kitchen

The Microwave (new) and the fridge (new) are not part of the auction. but are in the picture, none of the small appliances on the bench are included.

Viewing in Gulf Harbour , I would prefer you to view in advance of the closing of the auction, as we want it all gone in a single deal. You need to disassemble the items . we can ensure that the water etc will be turned off while you are working on it.
