Complete kitchen (cupboards sink, insinkerator, bench tops and breakfast bar)- this is being removed on the weekend of 14th June so will be available then.
it is in good order as in everything works, the drawers, the cupboards and the pantry etc.
There is some damage to the shelving under the sink and to some of the cupboard doors.
Its sold complete with an insinkerator that was new in September 2022, the sink with new undersign plumbing - renewed at the time the new insinkerator was installed and the tap that was new in approx 2021.
The appliances and any other items in the photos other than the cupboards, bench top and breakfast bar are NOT included. The oven is for sale separately.
All units are standard height
the long bench that includes the double sink is approx 5.2m long. The Island is 1.14mm by830mm
The breakfast bar is fixed across the top of the main bench and is 2.2m long by 800mm wide
all the stone is in really good order.

The sink is set back 8pm from the front. The bench there is in those two pieces. They come apart and will be apart when collected.
