Full complete kitchen including appliances that was installed in September 2018 during the house build. The original contract/plans with dimensions and install details is included in the photos.

The kitchen was supplied and installed by Trends Kitchens. The materials/fixings are good quality with soft close drawers, recessed handles and factory installed slide proof mats. There is an LED strip light above the back bench. The black joinery is a higher grade, finger print resistant AGT material. White melamine is in the cabinets.

Kitchen is due to be removed 4 August and will be removed and stored in our garage by professionals. It will be available to pick up from Westmorland over a 2 week window while our new kitchen is installed.

The white artificial stone benchtop continues into the pantry. Black benchtop on island is melamine. The black stone sink is in good conditon. The black gooseneck tap is a dorf which has some rub marks from use.

All appliances except the fridge and microwave were new when it was installed. Appliances have normal wear and tear from regular use.

Appliance details (generally middle of the range appliances at the time):

Fridge is a Bosch side by side fridge freezer with plumbed in ice/water dispenser. Approximately 10 years old and the water filter would be due to be replaced.

Oven is a 60cm Bosch oven with 10 different cooking settings and digital display.

Dishwasher is a Bosch dishwasher with multiple settings and cutlery drawer and cutlery basket options. It is meant to have a kickboard along the base but it was never installed.

Cooktop is a Bosch 60cm induction cooktop with a large flexi zone on the left side and 2 different sized pot zones on the right side.

Extractor fan is a Bosch in cabinet extractor fan with washable filters and built in light.

Microwave is a stand alone white Samsung microwave that sits on a shelf (not built in)
